My, how good it feels to be back home!

Well, I have returned from vacation.  I wasn't away as long as I allowed myself, but I took all the time I needed. _{(I hope no one is TOO disappointed that I'm already back lol)}


I sure was ready to come back home!  Truth is, I was missing you guys here on DeviantArt.  I know I know, I wasn't supposed to think about you, but I couldn't help it.  I mostly went away just to get away from everything and process all of my thoughts that had been building up.  I needed to see what would "stick" while I was on break... what would still be important to me when I returned.  I know where my heart is.


I also hope that my time away allowed those of you who felt that you couldn't live without me a chance to realize that the world will still turn if I'm not around, just like it did last year and prior lol.  However, I am back, and being a good friend is one of the things I missed while away.  I didn't miss SFM as much as I thought I would, but it sure feels good to create art once again.


I'm still trying to catch up on DA, I can't wait to see all 572 pics from those I watch!  I've already added a bunch of new friends to my list, and perhaps I'll find even more.  


I still am not ready to go back online on Steam, I want to clean up my friend's list there first (perhaps keep it to best friends/contacts).  


This picture sure was a lot of fun to make!  Tons of models, lots of lights, and a huge amount of experimentation to get everything exactly how I wanted.  I sure wish it were easier to "dressup" models in SFM, rather than having to create a custom model using modified pieces of other things.  That's a rather poor representation of my car in the background, and a very small selection of Pokemon figures I've got (I couldn't fit all of my favorites in the pic lol).  


It's nice to be back where I belong, even if I was only gone for a week lol
